This is a calming practice that will prepare your mind and body for bed.
Sometimes it can be challenging to calm our minds after a long day. This video includes breath work that is scientifically proven to ease anxiety. It can also be a challenge to prepare the body for bed. Often our body may still feel awake due to being a little lethargic through the day or from so much activity it doesn't know that it is time to turn down. This practice includes movement that will help calm the body no matter the situation with gentle stretches and mindful movement. Give it a try tonight.
